1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Racquet Science ("the Service"), operated by Racquet Science ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Racquet Science is a web-based platform for professional racket stringers that provides stringing job management, player and racket tracking, business management tools, string and racquet catalogs, and label printing. The Service is offered as a subscription-based SaaS product with a free trial period.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

The Service offers a free trial period. After the trial ends, a paid subscription is required to continue using stringer features. Subscription fees are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or yearly) through our payment processor, Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' advance notice. Continued use of the Service after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new pricing.

5. User Content and Data

You retain ownership of all data you enter into the Service, including player information, stringing job records, racket details, and business data. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this data solely to provide the Service to you.

You are responsible for ensuring that any personal data you enter about third parties (such as player information) is collected and shared in compliance with applicable data protection laws.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other malicious code
• Share your account credentials with third parties or create accounts on behalf of others without their consent

7. Business Accounts

Business owners who invite team members are responsible for managing their team's access and ensuring compliance with these Terms. The business owner is responsible for the subscription fees for all seats in their business plan.

8. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time through the account settings. Upon deletion, your personal data will be anonymized in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Stringing job history may be retained in anonymized form for business record-keeping purposes. An administrator may also delete accounts in accordance with our internal policies.

9. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, features, and content (excluding user data), is owned by Racquet Science and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Service.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Racquet Science shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or data, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Poland. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Poland.
